He is a retired IAS Officer and is associated with the company since its inception and has a wide administration experience in the corporate world with a proven track record of developing and turning around business in various leadership positions.

He has been appointed as Non-Executive director on the Board of Sharma East India Hospitals & Medical Research Limited and designated as Chairman.

Dr. Shailendra Kumar Sharma is a experienced orthopaedic surgeon in practice in the city of Jaipur for over 30years, he is specializes in Traumatology and Joint Replacement Surgery.

Dr. Shailendra Kumar Sharma being a Managing Director of Sharma East India Hospitals & Medical Research Limited, has been closely associated with the company right from the inception of the hospital project as one of the Chief promoter of the Company.

Mr. Subhash Chand Jain is a Bachelor in Commerce and has expertise in construction of Hospitals and Running of Hospitals Operating System. He is a Non-Executive, Independent Director of Sharma East India Hospitals & Medical Research Limited and also one of the member of Shareholders/Investors Grievance Committee. He is associated with the company since, 1990.

Dr. Karan Sharma

Dr. Karan Sharma is an Executive director on the board of Sharma East India Hospitals & Medical Research Limited. He is a qualified medical professional and has done his under graduation from the Kasturba Medical College, Manipal and post graduation in Orthopaedic surgery from United Kingdom. He specializes in knee joint Surgery.

Mr. Madhur Khaitan

Mr. Madhur Khaitan is a graduate from Cardiff University, having done bachelors in economics which was followed by masters in international marketing from Strathcylde university. He has expertise in Administration and IT sector. Mr. Khaitan is a Non-Executive , Independent Director of the company. He served on the Boards of several reputed Companies.

Ms. Avani Kanoi

Ms. Avani Kanoi is a graduate from New York University, is a Non- Executive, Independent Director in Sharma East India Hospitals & Medical Research Limited. She has expertise in the area of General management, owing to her dedicated endeavors and futuristic vision, company was able to promote the hospital as a trusted destination for quality medical care in the city. She is also the member of Shareholders/ Investors Grievance Committee of Sharma East India Hospitals & Medical Research Limited.
